I am Billy, come from a Hmong(Miao) village, my Hmong(Miao) name is Vai. And now I live in Kaili city, Guizhou province, and I am working for CITS of Southeast Guizhou at the moment. As a Hmong(Miao), I think I have a responsibility to show the best things of Hmong(Miao), Dong, Yao, Yi and other groups in Guizhou(also in other provinces) to outsiders before they lose. I am sure these traditional things are vanishing, and in fact, it is happening now, since China is developing so quickly. This is the reason why I try to run this webpage.
From the page, visitors can tell what are in Guizhou, which festival is coming. For the detailed festival information or minority market information, you can contact me by emails. If you do not get a reply from me in three days, you can send me the email again or just make a call directly.
In my opinion, my webpage is not perfect yet, it needs more things. So I want to have more advice from different friends.
I am not always in the CITS office, because I am with tour groups sometimes.
