Explore Chishui Waterfall,Moutai Town and Zhijin Cave from Luzhou City

Arrival at Luzhou railway station, picked up by your guide and driver, transfer to Chishui county. Make some stop at Chishui city, they will help you check into the hotel. Relax at your hotel.

Discover Chishui Grand waterfall, also called Shizhangdong waterfall in the morning, and visit Sidonggou waterfall scenic area in the afternoon.

After breakfast at your hotel, we drive to discover Foguangyan scenic area, and visit Bing'an ancient town. After that, we take a ride of 2 hours to Maotai town, to enjoy the night views of Maotai town, and taste liquor of Maotai.

After the breakfast, we take a ride of 2 hours to reach Zhijin Cave. 

Zhijin Cave is"one of Top Six Most Beautiful Show Caves in China", ranked by China National Geography Magazin, is the biggest treasury of cave resource, both in scale and peculiar shape, discovered in China at the moment. Its widest point is 175m, highest point is 150m and about 6.6km long. Within the cave complex there are 8 sections, 19 halls, and 49 chambers open to the public. There are more than 40 kinds of karst precipitation forms in the cave including the main kinds of those in the karst caves all over the world and known as "King of Caves" or "Museum of Limestone Caves". 

Descending into Zhijin Cave in Guizhou,  you will be enveloped in a world of geological wonders. The cave's vast chambers and intricate formations, from towering stalagmites to delicate stone curtains, created an awe-inspiring spectacle. Each turn revealed different features, illuminated to highlight their unique beauty. The 'Silver Rain Tree', a remarkable stalactite formation, is particularly breathtaking. The cool, humid air and the echoing sounds of dripping water added to the cave's mystical ambiance. Exploring Zhijin Cave shall be an unforgettable journey, unveiling the hidden and magnificent intricacies of the underground world.

Besides visiting Zhijin Cave, you can also visit Zhijin Grand Canyon which is near Zhijin Cave.

After tour, we transfer to your hotel in Anshun city.

After breakfast today, you'll hop on a one-hour drive to the Dragon Palace Scenic Area in Anshun City. Celebrated as "the world of Karst showcases all in Dragon Palace," this destination features a stunning array of caves, canyons, waterfalls, peaks, cliffs, rivers, stone forests, sinkholes, and underground rivers, all exemplifying the diverse beauty of Karst geology. Upon entering, you'll walk to the impressive Dragon Gate Waterfall, cascading from a height of 50 meters, making it the largest Karst cave waterfall in China. Next, you'll ascend via elevator to Tianchi Lake, formed by the collapse of a Karst cave roof, recognized as the site with the lowest radiation dose rate in the world. This refreshing spot is rich in negative oxygen ions, promoting health and well-being.

Following this, you'll board a boat to explore the First Entrance of Dragon Palace. Here, you'll be captivated by the colorful underground palace adorned with uniquely shaped stalactites, illuminated by stunning natural lighting, resembling the magnificent crystal abode of the holy Dragon King from Chinese legends and myths.

Then, drive about 1-1.5 hours to Tianlong Tunpu Village that is the most famous Tunbao (village fortress) in Southwest Guizhou. With all streets, walls, roofs, etc. are built with stones, this ancient town is also called a stone world for a different architecture admiration. And you will not miss to visit the special Tianlong School constructed also with stones under the emphasis on education of past villagers. Besides the buildings, walk around to savor the unique and traditional Tunbao culture there, which was left from Ming Dynasty more than 600 years ago under the special historical background of stationing troops. Thus, enjoy your moments meeting the local women with typical exquisite traditional blue costumes with fancy embroidery patterns chatting together or sewing, who are mostly the decedents of those armies. Walk along the stone streets to see lots of bright colored masks and enjoy the featured Dixi Opera which is a kind of drama kept from ancient Ming period with performers wearing masks, colorful long skirts and battle banners to encourage armies and frighten enemies.
