In this tour, we can visit Qingyan ancient town, Xiasi ancient town, the famous Huangguosh u waterfalls, Longgong cave, the UNESCO site Xiaoqikong, Xijiang Qianhu Miao village and Matang village of Gejia group.
1.Stroll at the over 600-year-old Qingyan Ancient Town in South Guiyang to admire its antique city walls, paved streets, archways, interesting houses, etc. to hear local fortress culture and historic stories.
2. Explore Huangguoshu Waterfall which is the largest waterfall in Asia with 77.8 meters high and 101 meters wide and admire its abundant kinds of waterfalls, pleasant forests, etc. for a cool vacation relaxing;
3. Explore Longgong Cave also called Dragon Palace by a boat, enjoy the visit of stalactites and stalagmites.
4. Visit the UNESCO site Xiaoqikong scenic area, enjoy the nature wonders;
5.Visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao village, the biggest Miao village in China with over 1,200 Miao households on the hill, enjoy the colorful Miao show in Xijiang.
Arrival at Guiyang airport, met and picked up by our guide and driver. And tranfer to hotel in Guiyang city. Visit Jiaxiu Tower in the evening, enjoy the night views of Guiyang.
Visit Qingyan, an ancient town with a history of 600 years old. And then drive to Longgong cave, a natural cave with stactites and stalagmites.
Today we visit Huangguoshu waterfall, the biggest waterfall in Asia; in Huangguoshu scenic spot, there are 3 parts: grand waterfall, Doupotang waterfall and Tianxingqiao.
After a long ride of 4 hs, we have lunch at west gate of Xiaoqikong. Today we visit Xiaoqikong from its west gate to its east gate, this tour takes 4 hours. The attractions of Xiaoqikong are: Wolongtan, Cuigu waterfall, water forest, 68-level waterfalls, Laya waterfall, and ancient 7-arch bridge.
After breakfast at hotel, we take a drive of 2h and reach Shiqiao a Miao village which is famous paper making with trees' bark, and it can be dated back to 1,300years ago in China. We can experience how to make paper here. After lunch in Shiqiao or nearby Miao village, we drive to Matang village of Gejia group. In Matang we can experience batik making with wax and indigo. Drive to Kaili, check into your hotel.
After breakfast and drive approximately 20minutes for a local morning market, and another 1 hour to Xijiang Qianhu village and enjoy lunch in Xijiang, followed by a visit to in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, the largestMiao settlement in China, where thousands of stited wooden houses cascade down the hillside in abreathtaking panorama. Stroll through winding pathways, meet local silver artisans, and experience the authentic Miao way of life. As night falls, the village glows with lantern light, casting shimmering reflections across the peaceful river.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Kaili.
Visit Xiasi ancient town in the morning, and drive to Guiyang Longdongbao airport, the trip ends.
